How do I schedule for a service?

We've made scheduling for an appointment easy!

 

Navigate to our scheduler:

1. Choose a service needed

2. Select a Professional

3. From drop down navigate to service

4. Continue

5. Select a date and time

6. Fill in requested information and a card on file

7. Read over and agree to policies

8. Book Appointment

What if I don't see the service(s) I need?

You can contact us directly by filling out this form or via web chat (bottom right).

How do I select multiple items of the same service?

There is a number (1,2,3..) next to each service that dictates the number of items needed assistance with.

Is your pricing standard?

Although our pricing is standard, additional charges could apply due to the nature of the project or service.

 

For example, extra parts or materials that we carry may be needed to complete a service to satisfaction and may be an additional fee. Another example; the scope of the work changes.

Generally you will pay for what is priced on our scheduler.

What areas are serviced?

We service Atlanta and surrounding areas.

What are the business hours?

Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm

Saturday; 11am - 6pm

Sunday; Closed

Is my card charged when scheduling?

No! You will not be charged when scheduling for a service. Only time your card is charged is when job is completed, project deposit is required, or an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time (see cancellation policy).

What payments are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and CashApp. Cash is not accepted.

Are parts & materials included in pricing?

Yes! Our pricing includes any materials needed to complete most projects. Items excluded are any boxed products; which should already have the necessary parts for installation. For any of our Refresh or Repair services, we provide quality materials for a long lasting experience.

Is there a warranty included with my service(s)?

 

I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

All projects are covered by our 90-day Warranty. There are no refunds, all work provided is 100% satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not fully satisfied with the workmanship or craftsmanship provided at time of service, we will come out free of charge to correct any issues that may of occurred. Misuse of items serviced or installed is not covered. We will ensure that you have the best experience possible. If project is stopped prior to completion, this warranty is voided.

You can log in to your account from the scheduler and make any appointment changes. We ask that you do this asap when you have an event occurrence and need to cancel or reschedule accordingly. All changes must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or you may incur a $65 cancellation/no-show fee. This helps us cater to everyone in an efficient manner and ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and timely.

How do I file for a complaint or warranty claim?

All sales are final for the service(s) performed. We offer a 90-day warranty with our services. This helps us ensure that your project is completed to satisfaction free of defects due to workmanship or craftsmanship.

Do you perform background checks of professional(s)?

Yes! Your privacy and safety is the absolute most important to us! We perform an extensive background check of all Professionals to ensure that you are comfortable and safe. We have a ZERO-Tolerance Policy and do not support or engage in  any inappropriate behavior. For any reason you are uncomfortable or notice any inappropriate behavior, contact us immediately using the feedback form (see How do I file for a complaint or warranty claim?).

Will I be charged if I cancel services prior to completion of a started project?

If you decide that you no longer need our services after start of a project, but before completion; ALL time and expenses incurred up to that point will be your responsibility. Warranty will be voided for the service(s).
